From classroom to Christian fantasy
A degree in English Literature and Art from Mercer University led the author to an unexpected path: teaching middle school in a remote rural town. Initially hesitant about working with children, she soon discovered a passion for helping neglected and abused students. This experience, along with subsequent years teaching and tutoring, profoundly shaped her understanding of resilience and the power of connection.
